About Us

U-Pic Entertainment
Founded in 2003, U-Pic Entertainment is a Los Angeles based production company that was established for the purpose of improving educational and entertainment shows for children. Started as an idea by Avi Chesed, U-Pic Entertainment currently focuses on the creation of interactive media. Its primary goal was to encourage children to become active participants in their programming. By asking children what they want to happen next in a plot line, rather than telling them what will happen next, children will learn valuable comprehension skills such as sequencing, predicting, and applying their experiences to the experiences of the characters on screen. U-Pic's first venture into children's programming was the project “Adventureville: The Cosmic Kitty Adventure”.

Psychic Bunny Productions
Rick Castaneda, Adam Rauscher, John William Ross, Asa Shumskas-Tait , Doug Spice,
and Jesse Vigil work together in a creative team known as Psychic Bunny. Adventureville is their second “edutainment” venture, the first being a series of programs for the educational non-profit “Kidzonline.” There, the group conceptualized, wrote, and produced a series of episodic shows to teach K-12 kids about technology. Psychic Bunny's experience is multi-disciplinary and ranges from authoring study guides and curriculums to designing corporate identity to creating films and interactive media. The members have worked professionally in the television, film, radio, game, and web industries, and have completed scripts, short stories, soundtracks, and comic books. Psychic Bunny is a brilliant hive mind where creativity thrives.
